IN THE BEGINNING: HEBREW
Learn to read and write Hebrew by examining the First Day from Genesis and the Decalogue from Exodus. Insights from Hebrew Scriptures that can never be seen in English translations will be learned while looking at shapes and sounds of Hebrew letters, and examining sentence and grammatical structure. No previous knowledge of Hebrew is required, but it is a great introduction for further Biblical, Liturgical, or Modern Hebrew studies. Rabbi Jana has been teaching beginners to read Hebrew for over 30 years.
